Time To Shine Deluxe Balayage
Balayage is a freehand technique in which swatches of hair are sectioned and color is hand painted to give hair that perfectly natural, softer looking dimension. Keratin Smoothing Treatment
This smoothing treatment contains high concentrations of keratin that penetrate throughout the hair structure, and then are sealed within the cortex to repair damage. It acts as a protective shield, locking out humidity to reduce unwanted frizz and giving the hair increased manageability and styling versatility.The service is completed with a blowout and flat iron styling to help seal in the treatment and create a humidity-resistant finish.
